History of foundation of trading company “VIMOS” is stages of new Russian economy establishing. There was only one possible way: to count on yourself – on your own optimism, industry and tenacity. And some persons decided to use this one possible way: letters from their names and surnames shaped this abbreviation, which is well-known today.

Eternal President and founder of trading company “VIMOS” Mr. Vladimir Guriev was the first person, who realized idea to move stores of building materials closer to plots of land,using as smallholdings, for horticultural purposes.

Those people, who remember these first plots of land, should remember that people had to carry on “their own back” wood boards, hardware tools, rubberoid etc. from city stores. When “VIMOS” stores began to open near to railway stations, a lot of people breathed easy. With the course of time stores became to transform to supermarkets, which content and appearance complies with European standards.  Modern architecture, company colors, “sunny” facing work and toned facade glasses are well-known features of “VIMOS” stores.

Today competition is extremely high. And if trading company “VIMOS” has got thousands of regular customers, it means they voted for professional, quality services and for attention to everybody, who steps across the store threshold.

Along with that, there are developed flexible discount scheme and regular promotional events and sell-out.

That’s why trading company “VIMOS” made a decision to start-up its own factory for manufacturing of facade planches and small architecture forms.  Along with that, workshops for glass and mirrors cutting, for frames and doors vitrescence, for repairing and sharpening of electric and gasoline tools, for key cutting, for colors blending, for goods delivery etc. are opened at area of stores.
